DEPOSITS & LATENESS
We are a business that believes in respecting order and timeliness. For this reason:-
*Clients are subject to a £30 late fee for every 15 minutes of lateness. After 30 minutes, the appointment will unfortunately have to be rescheduled. Late fees are double on weekends.
* Please allow more than 48 hours for cancellations, after which, deposits are non-refundable.
*When coming for 'Dry Cuts/Trims' only, please arrive with clean, detangled hair.
*We refuse to do any protective stying on dirty, tangled hair. If you would like to add a 'Wash and Detangle' service to you Braids/Twists/Cornrows/Weave styling, please make a note of this in your booking notes.
*If hair is excessively tangled, additional charges will be added for extra service time. Your stylist will advise beforehand, if this is the case.
